  On page 2 of the printed bill, line 5, delete the period and
insert 'except:
  ' (a) Trees grown to be Christmas trees as defined in ORS
571.505 on land used solely for the production of Christmas
trees; and
  ' (b) Juniper species.'.
  In line 28, restore 'commercial'.
  In line 30, delete 'cultured'.
  In line 31, delete '215.203' and insert '571.505' and delete
'cultured'.
