  On page 2 of the printed A-engrossed bill, line 8, delete the
colon and insert 'trees grown to be Christmas trees as defined in
ORS 571.505 on land used solely for the production of Christmas
trees.'.
  Delete lines 9 through 11.
  On page 3, line 6, after 'species' insert 'conducted in a unit
of less than 120 contiguous acres within a single ownership'.
