  On page 1 of the printed bill, line 23, after 'therefrom '
insert 'given by a donor to any institution, department or
activity under the control of the State Board of Higher Education
that are'.
  In line 26, delete 'confer' and insert 'consult' and after
'Lands' insert 'in accordance with an interagency agreement
established by the division and the State Board of Higher
Education governing consultation between the division and the
State Board of Higher Education and governing management of such
mineral or geothermal resources'.
