  On page 1 of the printed bill, line 3, delete 'and' and after
'675.785' delete the rest of the line and insert 'and 675.805;
and declaring an emergency.'.
  On page 6, after line 22, insert:
  '  { +  SECTION 9. + }  { +  This 2001 Act being necessary for
the immediate preservation of the public peace, health and
safety, an emergency is declared to exist, and this 2001 Act
takes effect July 1, 2001. + } ' .
