                      SENATE AMENDMENTS TO

  On page 1 of the printed bill, line 3, delete 'and' and after
'money' insert '; and declaring an emergency'.
  In line 24, delete 'Interest earned by the account shall be
credited to the account.'.
  On page 2, after line 2, insert:
  '  { +  SECTION 5. + }  { + This 2001 Act being necessary for
the immediate preservation of the public peace, health and
safety, an emergency is declared to exist, and this 2001 Act
takes effect July 1, 2001. + } ' .
