  On page 1 of the printed bill, line 2, after the semicolon
delete the rest of the line and line 3 and insert 'amending ORS
746.265 and 802.220.'.
  Delete lines 5 through 19.
  In line 20, delete '2' and insert '1'.
  On page 2, delete lines 6 through 11 and insert:
  ' (3) Subsection (2) of this section does not apply if an
insurer considers the nonemployment driving record of an
individual under ORS 802.220 for the purpose of providing a
discount to the individual.'.
  In line 12, delete '3' and insert '2'.
  In line 31, after 'following' insert ', unless the abstract is
being requested under ORS 746.265 (3)'.
  Delete lines 38 and 39.
  In line 40, restore '(5)' and delete '(6)'.
  On page 3, line 11, restore '(6)' and delete '(7)'.
  In line 15, restore '(7)' and delete '(8)'.
  In line 20, restore '(8)' and delete '(9)'.
  Delete lines 25 through 45 and delete pages 4 through 6.
