  On page 1 of the printed bill, line 5, delete 'likely to be
present' and insert 'the primary occupants or users'.
  In line 6, before 'day' insert 'licensed'.
  In line 8, after the semicolon insert 'or'.
  In line 9, delete '; or' and insert a period.
  Delete line 10 and insert:
  ' (3) 'Transitional housing' means housing intended to be
occupied by a sex offender for 45 days or less immediately after
release from incarceration.'.
  In line 13, delete 'specific residence' and insert ' permanent
residence requirements'.
  In line 14, delete 'placed on probation or' and after the
period insert 'Transitional housing is not subject to permanent
residence requirements.'.
  In line 17, delete 'likely to be present' and insert 'the
primary occupants or users'.
  In line 21, delete 'involved in' and insert 'informed of'.
  In line 22, after 'the' delete the rest of the line and insert
'offender is released.'.
  In line 24, delete 'specific residence' and insert ' permanent
residence requirements'.
  On page 2, line 6, delete 'likely to be present' and insert '
the primary occupants or users'.
  In line 10, delete 'involved in' and insert 'informed of'.
  In line 11, after 'the' delete the rest of the line and insert
'offender is released.'.
  In line 18, after the first 'the' insert 'permanent'.
