  Requires Department of Transportation to post signs at highway
construction and repair projects showing annual amount of moneys
paid to private contractors for work on highway construction and
repair projects.
 
                        A BILL FOR AN ACT
Relating to highway signs.
Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:
  SECTION 1.  { + The Department of Transportation shall post
signs at the site of each highway construction or repair project
undertaken by the department showing the average annual amount of
moneys that the department contracts to spend through private
contractors for highway construction and repair projects. + }
