  In line 8, delete 'can'.
  In line 9, delete 'stand repeated use,'.
  In line 17, after 'equipment' insert 'or medical devices,
including supplies,'.
  After line 17, insert:
  ' (3) Notwithstanding subsection (2) of this section, the
department may enter into exclusive contracts with distributors
for the provision of eyeglasses and hearing aids.'.
