appropriating money'.
  In line 11, after the period insert 'The department may use any
funds appropriated to the department for the Oregon
prekindergarten program to carry out this subsection. In
addition, the department may seek and accept gifts, grants and
donations from any source and federal funds for the purpose of
carrying out this subsection.'.
  Delete lines 29 through 31 and delete page 2.
