  On page 1 of the printed A-engrossed bill, line 2, delete '
appropriating money;'.
  In line 9, after '(2)' insert 'If the Department of Education
obtains funds for the pilot program as described in subsection
(7) of this section,'.
  On page 2, delete lines 10 through 14 and insert:
  ' (7) The Department of Education may seek and accept gifts,
grants and donations from any source and federal funds for the
purpose of funding the pilot program.'.
  In line 15, delete '3' and insert '2'.
