  On page 1 of the printed bill, line 4, delete '4' and insert
'5'.
  In line 7, delete 'Internet gambling' and insert 'unlawful
gambling using the Internet'.
  On page 2, after line 7, insert:
  '  { +  SECTION 5. + }  { + Sections 2 and 3 of this 2001 Act
do not apply to activities licensed and regulated by the Oregon
Racing Commission under ORS chapter 462. + } ' .
  In line 8, delete '5' and insert '6'.
  In line 13, delete '6' and insert '7'.
  On page 6, line 4, delete '7' and insert '8' and delete ' 4'
and insert '5'.
