  On page 2, line 6, delete '23' and insert '25'.
  In line 17, delete 'and'.
  In line 19, delete the period and insert '; and
  ' (F) Representatives of hospitals, health systems and health
plans predominantly serving persons with limited English
proficiency.'.
  On page 4, after line 44, insert:
  '  { +  SECTION 8. + }  { + There is appropriated to the
Department of Human Services, for the biennium beginning July 1,
2001, out of the General Fund, the amount of $50,000, which may
be expended only for the purposes of sections 1 to 7 of this 2001
Act. + }

the immediate preservation of the public peace, health and
