                        A BILL FOR AN ACT
Relating to motor fuel franchises.
Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:
  SECTION 1.  { + Section 2 of this 2001 Act is added to and made
a part of ORS 650.200 to 650.250. + }
  SECTION 2.  { + A refiner may not operate as company operated
stations more than one-quarter of the service stations the
refiner owns in this state. + }
