                        A BILL FOR AN ACT
Relating to ambulance service providers.
Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:
  SECTION 1.  { + The Department of Human Services shall pay or
reimburse a provider of ambulance service, as defined in ORS
682.025, at a rate that is at least the Medicare rate for
ambulance service when the provider furnishes service to an
individual receiving medical assistance under ORS chapter
414. + }
