  Establishes stolen identity investigative bureau in Department
of State Police. Directs department to operate bureau to

                        A BILL FOR AN ACT
Relating to crime.
Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:
  SECTION 1.  { + There is established in the Department of State
Police a stolen identity investigative bureau. The department
shall operate the bureau, which shall investigate crimes
involving stolen identity. + }
