  On page 1 of the printed A-engrossed bill, line 2, delete '
appropriating money;'.
  On page 2, delete lines 11 through 17 and insert:
  '  { +  SECTION 4. + } If House Bill 3882 becomes law:
  ' (1) If the Department of Transportation determines there are
sufficient moneys in the Department of Transportation Operating
Fund from taxes described in section 1 (2)(a), chapter ___,
Oregon Laws 2001 (Enrolled House Bill 3882), for the biennium
beginning July 1, 2001, the department may use up to $150,000
from the taxes described in section 1 (2)(a), chapter ___, Oregon
Laws 2001 (Enrolled House Bill 3882), that have been deposited in
the Department of Transportation Operating Fund, for the purpose
of initiating the Crater Lake National Park registration plate
program established in section 1 of this 2001 Act, including but
not limited to registration plate design, computer programming
and registration plate production setup.'.
  In line 25, delete 'General Fund' and insert 'Department of
Transportation Operating Fund'.
  In line 26, delete 'appropriated from the General Fund' and
insert 'used by the department from the Department of
Transportation Operating Fund'.
  In line 27, delete 'General Fund' and insert 'Department of
Transportation Operating Fund'.
  In line 32, delete 'and'.
  In line 33, delete 'appropriated'.
