  On page 1 of the printed bill, line 2, after '197.175 ' insert
a period and delete the rest of the line and line 3.
  On page 2, line 4, delete 'subsection (2) of this section and'.
  Delete lines 5 and 6 and insert 'shall include a lot, parcel or
tract within its urban growth boundary if the lot, parcel or
tract is located entirely within the city limits and the entire
perimeter of the lot, parcel or tract is bordered by land within
the urban growth boundary.'.
  Delete lines 7 through 45.
  On page 3, delete lines 1 and 2.
  In line 3, delete '3' and insert '2'.
  In line 4, after '(4)' delete the rest of the line and line 5.
  In line 6, delete '(3)'.
