  In line 2 of the printed bill, delete 'amending' and insert '
repealing'.
  In line 5, delete 'Medicare Upper' and insert 'Medicaid Upper
Payment'.
  In line 7, after 'the' delete the rest of the line and insert
'Oregon Department of Administrative Services for health-related
programs.'.
  In line 8, delete 'Each biennium,' and delete 'Medicare ' and
insert 'Medicaid'.
  In line 9, after 'Upper' insert 'Payment'.
  Delete lines 14 through 27 and insert:
  '  { +  SECTION 2. + }  { + Section 9, chapter 916, Oregon Laws
1999, is repealed. + }
  '  { +  SECTION 3. + }  { + The requirement established by
section 1 (2) of this 2001 Act, that the Department of Human
Services transfer described payments to the Medicaid Upper
