  On page 1 of the printed bill, line 6, delete '$142,950 ' and
insert '$141,508'.
  In line 12, delete '$139,339' and insert '$141,508'.
  In line 18, delete '$159,160' and insert '$70,708'.
  In line 19, delete '$162,751' and insert '$42,541'.
  In line 24, delete '$125,971' and insert '$141,508'.
  In line 25, delete '$92,973' and insert '$79,408'.
  After line 28, insert:
  '  { +  SECTION 9. + }  { + (1) In addition to and not in lieu
of any other appropriation, there is appropriated to the
Emergency Board, out of the General Fund, for the biennium
beginning July 1, 2001, the sum of $70,800 for allocation to the
Commission on Hispanic Affairs for second-year operations.
  ' (2) If any of the moneys described in subsection (1) of this
section are not allocated or obligated by the Emergency Board
prior to July 1, 2002, the unallocated and unobligated moneys on
that date become available for any other purpose for which the
Emergency Board may lawfully allocate moneys. + } ' .
  On page 2, line 1, delete '9' and insert '10'.
