  On page 1 of the printed bill, line 8, delete '$23,751,101 '
and insert '$22,036,630'.
  In line 13, delete '$42,513,926' and insert ' $42,146,706'.
  In line 18, delete '$3,694,039' and insert '$3,758,105'.
  In line 22, delete '$5,539,440' and insert '$3,772,363'.
  After line 24, insert:
  '  { +  SECTION 5. + }  { + In addition to and not in lieu of
any other appropriation, there is appropriated to the Emergency
Board, for the biennium beginning July 1, 2001, out of the
General Fund, the amount of $1,484,228 for allocation to the
State Department of Agriculture for expenditures related to the
development of a pesticide use reporting system. If any moneys
appropriated under this section remain unallocated on December 1,
2002, those unallocated moneys become available for any other
purpose for which the Emergency Board lawfully may allocate
moneys. + } ' .
