  On page 3 of the printed bill, delete lines 34 through 36.
  After line 37, insert:
  ' (a) Plan review fee for medical gas system plan review
performed by the Building Codes Division. The fee shall be based
on the time required by the division to review the plans. The fee
may not exceed 30 percent of the total plumbing permit fee for
the building or structure under review. If the plans are
incomplete or have changed substantially and require additional
review, an additional plan review fee may be charged based on the
additional time required to review the plans.
