  Delete lines 5 through 7 of the printed bill.
  In line 8, delete '2' and insert '1' and delete ' $14,862,586'
and insert '$14,846,760'.
  In line 12, delete '3' and insert '2' and delete '2 ' and
insert '1'.
  In line 13, after 'service' insert a period and delete the rest
of the line.
  Delete line 14.
  In line 15, delete '4' and insert '3' and delete ' $7,047,612'
and insert '$7,044,272'.
  After line 17, insert:
  '  { +  SECTION 4. + }  { + (1) In addition to and not in lieu
of any other appropriation, there is appropriated to the
Emergency Board, for the biennium beginning July 1, 2001, out of
the General Fund, the amount of $900,000, for allocation to the
Office of Energy for debt service for the Oregon Museum of
Science and Industry.
  ' (2) Allocations under this section are reserved for the
Oregon Museum of Science and Industry in the following manner:
  ' (a) $500,000 for the year beginning July 1, 2001, and ending
June 30, 2002; and
  ' (b) $400,000 for the year beginning July 1, 2002, and ending
June 30, 2003.
  ' (3) If all of the moneys referred to in subsection (1) of
this section are not allocated by the Emergency Board prior to
November 1, 2002, the remaining moneys on that date become
available for any other purpose for which the Emergency Board
lawfully may allocate funds. + } ' .
