SUMMARY

Authorizes certain Department of Environmental Quality fee
establishments and increases.
Declares emergency, effective July 1, 2001.
A BILL FOR AN ACT
Relating to the financial administration of the Department of
Environmental Quality; and declaring an emergency.
Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:

of ORS 291.055 (1), the following new fee, approved by the Oregon
Department of Administrative Services, for the Department of
Environmental Quality is approved as follows: + }
