SUMMARY

Authorizes certain health-related licensing boards to establish
or increase fees.
Declares emergency, effective July 1, 2001.
A BILL FOR AN ACT
Relating to the financial administration of the health-related
licensing boards; and declaring an emergency.
Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:
