  On page 1 of the printed bill, line 6, delete '$14,159,791 '
and insert '$10,768,049'.
  In line 7, delete '$3,154,385' and insert '$2,656,021'.
  In line 11, delete '$76,610,012' and insert ' $76,601,117'.
  In line 14, delete '$97,513,451' and insert ' $82,555,637'.
  On page 2, after line 11, insert:
  '  { +  SECTION 7. + }  { + In addition to and not in lieu of
any other appropriation, there is appropriated to the Emergency
Board, for the biennium beginning July 1, 2001, out of the
General Fund, the amount of $3,391,587 for allocation only to the
Housing and Community Services Department for the Housing
Development and Guarantee Account. If any moneys appropriated
under this section remain unallocated on November 1, 2002, those
unallocated moneys become available for any other purpose for
which the Emergency Board lawfully may allocate moneys. + } ' .
  In line 12, delete '7' and insert '8'.
