the biennium beginning July 1, 2001, as the maximum limit for
payment of expenses by the Oregon State Fair and Exposition

to finance Oregon State Fair facilities improvements. + }

the Administrative Services Economic Development Fund to the
Oregon Department of Administrative Services for the purpose of
paying debt service costs of lottery bonds issued to finance
equipment modernization for public broadcasting in Oregon. + }

limiting expenditures, the amount of $198,954 is established for
the biennium beginning July 1, 2001, as the maximum limit for
payment of expenses by the Oregon Department of Administrative
Services from the Public Broadcasting in Oregon Lottery Project
Fund established by chapter ___, Oregon Laws 2001 (Enrolled House
Bill 2275), for the issuance costs of lottery bonds issued during
the biennium beginning July 1, 2001, to finance equipment
modernization for public broadcasting in Oregon. + }

1, 2001, the Oregon Department of Administrative Services shall
transfer to Oregon Public Broadcasting Corporation $7,000,000 of
the proceeds of lottery bonds issued to finance modernization of
equipment for public broadcasting in Oregon from the Public
Broadcasting in Oregon Lottery Project Fund. + }

1, 2001, the Oregon Department of Administrative Services shall
transfer to Southern Oregon Public Television Corporation

fees, moneys or other revenues, including Miscellaneous Receipts,
but excluding lottery funds and other federal funds, collected or
received by Oregon Public Broadcasting Corporation. + }

amount of $1,000,000 is established for the biennium beginning
July 1, 2001, as the maximum limit for payment of expenses from
