Relating to state financial administration; and declaring an
emergency.
Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:
SECTION 1. { + For the purposes of carrying out the provisions
of ORS 291.055 (1)(e), the following fees for parking permits for
winter recreation parking areas, modified by the Department of
Transportation by administrative rule and approved by the Oregon
Department of Administrative Services, are approved: + }
