  In line 2 of the printed bill, delete 'appropriating money;
limiting expenditures;'.
  Delete lines 5 through 16 and insert:

Fund, for the biennium beginning July 1, 2001, the amount of
$99,219,713 from the Tobacco Settlement Funds Account established
by section 1, chapter ___, Oregon Laws 2001 (Enrolled House Bill
2450).  All transfers under this section shall be set by the
Oregon Department of Administrative Services. + }

Department of Human Services, for the biennium beginning July 1,
2001, the amount of $124,000,000 from the Tobacco Settlement
Funds Account established by section 1, chapter ___, Oregon Laws
2001 (Enrolled House Bill 2450), for the Office of Medical
Assistance Programs. All transfers under this section shall be
set by the Oregon Department of Administrative Services. + }

Insurance Pool Governing Board, for the biennium beginning July
1, 2001, the amount of $19,980,287 from the Tobacco Settlement
Funds Account established by section 1, chapter ___, Oregon Laws
2001 (Enrolled House Bill 2450), for the Family Health Insurance
Assistance Program. All transfers under this section shall be set
by the Oregon Department of Administrative Services. + }

Department of Human Services, Health Division, for the biennium
beginning July 1, 2001, the amount of $5,000,000 from the Tobacco
Settlement Funds Account established by section 1, chapter ___,

prevention. All transfers under this section shall be set by the
Oregon Department of Administrative Services. + }

shall be set by the Oregon Department of Administrative
