  On page 1 of the printed joint resolution, line 10, delete the
blank and insert 'one-fifth'.
  In line 14, delete the comma and insert ':
  ' (a) 'Acute inpatient care facility' has the meaning given the
term in ORS 442.470. 'Acute inpatient care facility' also means
the Oregon Health Sciences University.
  ' (b)'.
  In line 15, delete 'used for direct patient care' and insert
'that contains an acute inpatient care facility'.
