  On page 1 of the printed joint resolution, line 8, after '
President' delete the rest of the line and lines 9 and 10 and
insert ', Majority Leader and Minority Leader of the Senate and
the Speaker, Majority Leader and Minority Leader of the House of
Representatives. A member may appoint a designee to serve on the
commission in the member's place.'.
