Relating to Department of Human Services forms.

Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:

SECTION 1. The Department of Human Services shall accept federal Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services billing, reimbursement and reporting forms instead of department billing, reimbursement and reporting forms if the federal forms contain substantially the same information as required by the department forms.
