Relating to multidisciplinary pain management services.

Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:

SECTION 1. (1) Health professional regulatory boards shall encourage the development of state-of-the-art multidisciplinary pain management services and the availability of these services to the public.

(2) As used in subsection (1) of this section, “health professional regulatory boards” means the:

(a) Board of Medical Examiners;

(b) Board of Naturopathic Examiners;

(c) Oregon Board of Dentistry;

(d) Oregon State Board of Nursing;

(e) Physical Therapist Licensing Board;

(f) State Board of Chiropractic Examiners;

(g) State Board of Pharmacy; and

(h) State Board of Psychologist Examiners.
