Chapter 391 Oregon Laws 2003
AN ACT
SB 5549
Relating to state financial administration; appropriating money; limiting expenditures; and declaring an emergency.
Be It Enacted by the People of the State of
Oregon:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other law appropriating or allocating moneys, limiting expenditures or otherwise adjusting appropriations, allocations or expenditure limitations, and in addition to any action taken by the Emergency Board and by the Legislative Assembly in special session, the authorized appropriations, allocations or expenditure limitations for the Department of Human Services are changed by the amounts specified for the biennium ending June 30, 2003:

SECTION 2. Notwithstanding any other law appropriating or allocating moneys, limiting expenditures or otherwise adjusting appropriations, allocations or expenditure limitations, and in addition to any action taken by the Emergency Board, by the Legislative Assembly in special session, by chapter 12, Oregon Laws 2003 (Enrolled Senate Bill 859), and by section 1 of this 2003 Act, the authorized appropriations, allocations or expenditure limitations for the Department of Human Services are changed by the amounts specified for the biennium ending June 30, 2003:

SECTION 3. This 2003 Act being necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health and safety, an emergency is declared to exist, and this 2003 Act takes effect on its passage.
