AN ACT

SB 5504

Relating to the financial administration of the Oregon Department of Aviation; and declaring an emergency.

Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:

SECTION 1. For the purpose of carrying out the provisions of ORS 291.055 (1)(e), the following new or increased fees, adopted by the Oregon Department of Aviation and approved by the Oregon Department of Administrative Services, are approved for each aircraft for accessing state airports from private property:

(1) Class 1 aircraft

(Under 5,000 lbs.)...................... $ 15/month

(2) Class 2 aircraft

(5,001-10,000 lbs.)..................... $ 24/month

(3) Class 3 aircraft

(10,001-20,000 lbs.)................... $ 44/month

(4) Class 4 aircraft

(20,001-30,000 lbs.)................... $ 66/month

(5) Class 5 aircraft

(30,001-40,000 lbs.)................... $ 88/month

(6) Class 6 aircraft

(Over 40,001 lbs.)...................... $ 120/month

SECTION 2. This 2003 Act being necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health and safety, an emergency is declared to exist, and this 2003 Act takes effect July 1, 2003.
