Chapter 503 Oregon Laws 2003

 

AN ACT

 

HB 5025

 

Relating to the financial administration of the Health Licensing Office; limiting expenditures; and declaring an emergency.

 

Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:

 

          SECTION 1. For the purpose of carrying out the provisions of ORS 291.055 (1)(e), the following new or increased fees, adopted by the Health Licensing Office and approved by the Oregon Department of Administrative Services, are approved:

 

      (1)    Body piercing:

      (a)    Facility applications                       $       150

      (b)    Original facility license                 $       275

      (c)    Facility renewal license                 $       275

      (d)    Renewal of expired facility

              license                                            $       300

      (e)    Renewal of expired

              technician registration                   $         35

      (2)    Denture technology:

      (a)    Original practitioner’s license      $       495

      (b)    Practitioner’s renewal license       $       495

      (c)    Original/retake written

              qualifying exam                             $       275

      (d)    Original/retake practical

              qualifying exam                             $       525

      (e)    Oral pathology endorsement

              exam                                               $       400

      (f)    Oral pathology endorsement

              retake exam                                   $       400

 

          SECTION 2. This 2003 Act being necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health and safety, an emergency is declared to exist, and this 2003 Act takes effect July 1, 2003.
