Chapter 504 Oregon Laws 2003

 

AN ACT

 

HB 5026

 

Relating to the financial administration of certain health-related occupational licensing boards; limiting expenditures; and declaring an emergency.

 

Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:

 

          SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other law limiting expenditures, the amount of $1,702,059 is established for the biennium beginning July 1, 2003, as the maximum limit for payment of expenses from fees, moneys or other revenues, including Miscellaneous Receipts, but excluding lottery funds and federal funds, collected or received by the Oregon Board of Dentistry.

 

          SECTION 2. Notwithstanding any other law limiting expenditures, the amount of $60,203 is established for the biennium beginning July 1, 2003, as the maximum limit for payment of expenses from fees, moneys or other revenues, including Miscellaneous Receipts, but excluding lottery funds and federal funds, collected or received by the Board of Examiners of Licensed Dietitians.

 

          SECTION 3. Notwithstanding any other law limiting expenditures, the amount of $999,546 is established for the biennium beginning July 1, 2003, as the maximum limit for payment of expenses from fees, moneys or other revenues, including Miscellaneous Receipts, but excluding lottery funds and federal funds, collected or received by the State Mortuary and Cemetery Board.

 

          SECTION 4. Notwithstanding any other law limiting expenditures, the amount of $330,704 is established for the biennium beginning July 1, 2003, as the maximum limit for payment of expenses from fees, moneys or other revenues, including Miscellaneous Receipts, but excluding lottery funds and federal funds, collected or received by the Board of Naturopathic Examiners.

 

          SECTION 5. Notwithstanding any other law limiting expenditures, the amount of $194,905 is established for the biennium beginning July 1, 2003, as the maximum limit for payment of expenses from fees, moneys or other revenues, including Miscellaneous Receipts, but excluding lottery funds and federal funds, collected or received by the Board of Examiners of Nursing Home Administrators.

 

          SECTION 6. Notwithstanding any other law limiting expenditures, the amount of $255,206 is established for the biennium beginning July 1, 2003, as the maximum limit for payment of expenses from fees, moneys or other revenues, including Miscellaneous Receipts, but excluding lottery funds and federal funds, collected or received by the Occupational Therapy Licensing Board.

 

          SECTION 7. Notwithstanding any other law limiting expenditures, the amount of $3,094,633 is established for the biennium beginning July 1, 2003, as the maximum limit for payment of expenses from fees, moneys or other revenues, including Miscellaneous Receipts, but excluding lottery funds and federal funds, collected or received by the State Board of Pharmacy.

 

          SECTION 8. Notwithstanding any other law limiting expenditures, the amount of $406,883 is established for the biennium beginning July 1, 2003, as the maximum limit for payment of expenses from fees, moneys or other revenues, including Miscellaneous Receipts, but excluding lottery funds and federal funds, collected or received by the Board of Radiologic Technology.

 

          SECTION 9. Notwithstanding any other law limiting expenditures, the amount of $157,577 is established for the biennium beginning July 1, 2003, as the maximum limit for payment of expenses from fees, moneys or other revenues, including Miscellaneous Receipts, but excluding lottery funds and federal funds, collected or received by the State Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology.

 

          SECTION 10. Notwithstanding any other law limiting expenditures, the amount of $487,376 is established for the biennium beginning July 1, 2003, as the maximum limit for payment of expenses from fees, moneys or other revenues, including Miscellaneous Receipts, but excluding lottery funds and federal funds, collected or received by the Oregon State Veterinary Medical Examining Board.

 

          SECTION 11. Notwithstanding any other law limiting expenditures of the Oregon State Veterinary Medical Examining Board for the payment of expenses from fees, moneys or other revenues, including Miscellaneous Receipts, but excluding lottery funds and federal funds, for the biennium ending June 30, 2003, the limitation on expenditures for the Oregon State Veterinary Medical Examining Board established by section 12, chapter 105, Oregon Laws 2001, is increased by $21,982.

 

          SECTION 12. This 2003 Act being necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health and safety, an emergency is declared to exist, and this 2003 Act takes effect on its passage.
