AN ACT
HB 5019
Relating to state financial administration; and declaring an emergency.
Be It Enacted by the People of the State of
Oregon:
SECTION 1. For the purpose of carrying out the provisions of ORS 291.055 (1)(e), the new or increased fee of $50 biennially for each preneed salesperson, as adopted by the State Mortuary and Cemetery Board and approved by the Oregon Department of Administrative Services, is approved.
SECTION 2. For the purpose of carrying out the provisions of ORS 291.055 (1)(e), the following new or increased fees, adopted by the Board of Examiners of Nursing Home Administrators and approved by the Oregon Department of Administrative Services, are approved:
(1) Penalty fee for
late
continuing education
credits $ 10/credit hr.
(2) Initial license $ 250
(3) Renewal license - Inactive $ 300
biennially
(4) Renewal license - Active $ 400 biennially
(5) State exam retake $ 125
(6) Provisional license $ 300
(7) Endorsement $ 300
(8) Activation fee $ 100
(9) Reactivation fee -
13
months or more $ 500
(10) Reactivation fee - 12 months
or
less $ 425
(11) Verification fee $ 25
(12) Administrator-in-Training
registration
fee $ 100 one time
SECTION 3. For the purpose of carrying out the provisions of ORS 291.055 (1)(e), the following new or increased fees, adopted by the State Board of Pharmacy and approved by the Oregon Department of Administrative Services, are approved:
(1) Pharmacist license fee $ 120 annually
(2) Retail or institutional
drug
outlet registration fee $ 175 annually
SECTION 4. For the purpose of carrying out the provisions of ORS 291.055 (1)(e), the following new or increased fees, adopted by the State Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology and approved by the Oregon Department of Administrative Services, are approved:
(1) Speech-language pathology
assistant
- Active $ 25 annually
(2) Speech-language pathology
assistant
- Inactive $ 10 annually
SECTION 5. This 2003 Act being necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health and safety, an emergency is declared to exist, and this 2003 Act takes effect July 1, 2003.
