  In line 20 of the printed bill, delete the first 'or' and
insert a comma and after 'catch' insert 'or bycatch'.
  After line 25, insert:
  ' (a) 'Bycatch' means the unintended taking of a species of
food fish that:
  ' (A) Occurs while targeting another species of food fish; and
  ' (B) Is prohibited due to time, place, manner, regulations or
quota restrictions.'.
  In line 26, delete '(a)' and insert '(b)' and after '
unintended' insert 'legal'.
  In line 28, delete '(b)' and insert '(c)'.
