  On page 1 of the printed bill, line 7, delete '3.7' and insert
'two'.
  On page 3, after line 6, insert:
  ' (g) Any practitioner, as defined in ORS 475.005, who
dispenses a precursor substance to a person with whom the
practitioner has a doctor-patient or doctor-client relationship.
  ' (h) Any person who obtains a precursor substance from a
practitioner, as defined in ORS 475.005, with whom the person has
a doctor-patient or doctor-client relationship.'.
  In line 10, after 'methane' insert 'or a precursor substance'.
  On page 4, lines 5 through 19, restore the bracketed material
and delete the boldfaced material.
