  Directs State Court Administrator to establish standard forms
for use by litigants in small claims departments of circuit
courts. Requires use of standard forms in small claims department
of circuit court.
 
                        A BILL FOR AN ACT
Relating to small claims in circuit court.
Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:
  SECTION 1.  { + The State Court Administrator shall establish
standard forms for use by litigants in the small claims
departments of circuit courts. The small claims department of a
circuit court must use standard forms established under this
section. + }
  SECTION 2.  { + The requirement that small claims departments
of circuit courts use standard forms established under section 1
of this 2003 Act becomes operative on July 1, 2004. + }
