  In line 4 of the printed bill, delete 'has' and insert 'is
being considered'.
  In line 5, delete 'applied' and after 'Treasurer' insert ' or
for appointment to a board or commission by the State Treasurer'.
  In line 10, after '(3)' delete the rest of the line and insert
'After receiving the information provided under subsection (2) of
this section, the State'.
  In line 11, delete 'shall' and insert 'may' and delete the
second 'the' and insert 'a nationwide criminal records'.
