  Approves adoption of certain rules and amendments to sentencing
guidelines rules by Oregon Criminal Justice Commission.
 
                        A BILL FOR AN ACT
Relating to sentencing.
Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:
  SECTION 1.  { + (1) The Seventy-second Legislative Assembly
approves the adoption by the Oregon Criminal Justice Commission
of OAR 213-018-0038, 213-018-0090, 213-019-0007, 213-019-0008,
213-019-0010, 213-019-0011, 213-019-0012 and 213-019-0015.
  (2) The Seventy-second Legislative Assembly approves the
amendments by the Oregon Criminal Justice Commission to OAR

213-004-0011, 213-005-0002, 213-005-0004, 213-005-0006,
