  On page 2 of the printed bill, delete lines 18 and 19.
  In line 20, delete '(5)' and insert '(5)(a) Except as provided
in paragraph (b) of this subsection,'.
  After line 22, insert:
  ' (b) Propane produced by processes other than the refining of
crude oil and for nonvehicle use is exempt from the fee imposed
by subsection (2)(b) of this section.'.
