  Requires that Department of State Police receive at least 1.75
percent of General Fund appropriations.
 
                        A BILL FOR AN ACT
Relating to appropriations from the General Fund.
Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:
  SECTION 1.  { + The Legislative Assembly shall appropriate to
the Department of State Police from the General Fund, for each
biennium, an amount that is at least 1.75 percent of the total
amount of moneys appropriated from the General Fund for that
biennium. + }
