division'.
  In line 4, delete 'home or farm' and insert 'real property'.
  In line 6, delete '10' and insert 'three'.
  In line 15, delete '10' and insert 'three'.
  In line 22, delete '$100' and insert '$150'.
  In line 24, delete 'shall' and insert 'may'.
