A BILL FOR AN ACT
Relating to theft of firearm.
Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:
SECTION 1. { + The Oregon Criminal Justice Commission shall
adopt amendments to its rules to increase the presumptive
sentence for theft of a firearm and to include theft of a firearm
as an aggravating factor for purposes of departure sentences. + }
