SUMMARY

Provides that evidence of violation of certain court orders is
subject to search and seizure.
A BILL FOR AN ACT
Relating to searches; amending ORS 133.535.
Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:
SECTION 1. ORS 133.535 is amended to read:
133.535. The following are subject to search and seizure under
ORS 133.525 to 133.703:
(1) Evidence of or information concerning the commission of a
criminal offense;
(2) Contraband, the fruits of crime, or things otherwise
criminally possessed;
(3) Property that has been used, or is possessed for the
purpose of being used, to commit or conceal the commission of an
offense;
{ + (4) Evidence of or information concerning the violation
of a court order for which arrest is mandated under ORS
133.310; + } and
{ - (4) - } { + (5) + } A person for whose arrest there is
probable cause or who is unlawfully held in concealment.
