  On page 1 of the printed bill, line 22, after 'department '
delete the rest of the line and line 23 and insert 'may, upon the
request of another government agency, or shall, as required by
law, disclose an individual's Social Security'.
  In line 26, after 'number' insert 'under subsection (3) of this
section'.
  Delete line 27 and insert 'may not redisclose the Social
Security number except as required by law.'.
  On page 2, line 1, delete 'carrying out the other agency's
governmental functions.'.
