Appropriates moneys to Oregon Watershed Enhancement Board for
granting funding requests for creation of plant research and
development center at Oregon Garden in Silverton.
A BILL FOR AN ACT
Relating to Oregon Watershed Enhancement Board; and appropriating
money.
Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:
SECTION 1. { + In addition to and not in lieu of any other
appropriation, there is appropriated to the Oregon Watershed
Enhancement Board, for the biennium beginning July 1, 2003, out
of the General Fund, the amount of $250,000, which may be
expended for granting funding requests for creating at the Oregon
Garden in Silverton a center for research and development efforts
for plant material used to address environmental problems and
support a sustainable environment. + }
